Shower for Liam

Location: Clermont, Florida
This was a baby shower thrown for my friend, Kristen, pregnant with her first child. I wasn't a hired photographer at the event, but of course I brought my camera. It was held at a British style coffee room near Orlando, FL. I thought the venue idea was very unique for a baby shower, and it was naturally a great atmosphere for some candid shots. Here are some of my favorites:

Dani and Jon

St. Louis, Missouri
This was the second wedding I had to shoot during my month long trip. I shot Dani's brother's wedding 3 weekends prior to hers. I spent a little bit of time there in Missouri and then flew to Seattle, Washington for the 2 weeks between the Missouri weddings to visit some friends. (It was my first time visiting the Pacific Northwest, and I LOVED IT!!)
Here are some highlights from Dani and Jon's engagement session and wedding. We shot the e session in University City and in Downtown St. Louis, near the arch.

Tabetha and Jesse's Wedding

Bonne Terre, Missouri

Jesse and Tabetha's wedding was held in a beautiful park in Bonne Terre, Missouri... about an hour outside of St. Louis. The colors she incorporated into her bridal party's attire and the floral arrangements are some of my favorite that I've ever encountered shooting a wedding.
The reception was held in a building a few blocks from the ceremony site. They decorated with round paper lanterns hanging at various lengths from the ceiling. It was striking! Their wedding cake was 3 tiers of cheesecake, framed by a large, winding branch...very unique and memorable. I was honored that they wanted me to come all the way from FL to photograph their day!

Tabetha and Jesse's Engagement Session

Princeton, KY

I was on a trip to Kentucky/Tennessee when we arranged for an engagement session for Tabetha and Jesse. The couple made a 5 hour drive (each way) to meet up with me for the shoot. Jesse actually grew up about a half an hour away from the area where we ended up shooting, so he had a few spots in mind. I'm glad I trusted him! It was so beautiful there and I'm really happy with the resulting images.
